You can get all the research you can read by going to http://www.google.com, or other search engines, by typing in "shared drives", without quotes, then click on Search or Go.

Another case of your not reading the question carefully. His assignment was to compose a response e-mail to a request for access to a shared drive. I sincerely doubt that googling "shared drives" is going to help with that. |

fredg | Yes I did. Got a lot of hits that explained what a shared drive is, but nothing that explains how to answer a help desk request. You keep make a bigger fool of yourself with your garbage answers. |
