how can i get my deleted data ( i delete the folder which is on other pc )

The odds are you can't. System Restore doesn't restore data, just configuration.

There are a few undelete utilities out there (do a WEB search) but the more the system has been used the less likely the recovery.

That's why we do regular backups.
