I bought a singer treddle sewing machine at a yard sale in the case with all the treddle and instructions. Can anyone tell me what is worth?
I also have a 1926 Singer..

An antique dealer will tell you they are only worth about 5 or 10 dollars but then they turn around and sell them for a hundred to a hundred fifty dollars.

I have a 457 Stylis sewing machie. I sent away for the manual for this machine but its not exactly describing this machine. My machine has a knob on the right front with three letters printed on it. These letters are L.....D......are..... When I turn the knob it doesn't seem to do anything.
