My Mother keeps hasseling me about which branch of the military i should go in but i really want to go into the army(she was in the army and the airforce for about 18 years) im afraid she is making up lies to keep me out of the military. she doesnt want me to be an infantry man all she says is join the air force over and over again what should i do???
If you're old enough to enlist you're old enough to pick the branch of Service in which you want to serve and tell your mother that that's your decision.
I don't understand how your mother's lies are keeping you out of the Service.
im not old enough yet i am 15 and ive had the army in mind as a career but my mother keeps telling me " No you need to join the Air Force" and she wont stop pestering me about it
and i dont know what to tell her

Again - you wait until you are legal age to join and then you tell her what your plans are. At this time I don't see the point of arguing with her - you're too young to join, anyway.
I agree with Judy and Clough. One of the main things I learned in life is not to discuss my plans until the time is right. All it does before hand is getting people to argue what they want and think.
