please explain how your experience,skills knowledge and personal qualities meet the requirements of the job you have applied for
its a caretakers job

Please clarify. Are you applying for a caretaker's position and asking us to tell you how your own experience, etc meet the requirements of the job??

Only the person with those skills who has seen the requirements of the job (you!) can answer that question.

You need to have more confidence in your skills.

If you have the skills and experience then don't be bashful: tell them so.
