Legal experts regarding HIPAA laws?

I wanted to know can I sue the hospital where I work cause my coworker printed out my medical records on line and left them on the printer and I found them it has her name and the time she printed it can I sue and what type of lawyer do I need

I am having a problem with a dental firm. Now their dept of risk management is getting involved. Does the woman in charge have the right to look at my chart without my written permission.
