I Would Like To Start A Non Profit In My Sons Name. And Need To Know All The In's And Out's Of How To Do So. I Know The Need For Is There And I Would Love To Help As Many People As I Can.

Here's a library of resources on starting a nonprofit. If you're in the USA, you might consider contacting your local chapter of SCORE for free consulting help in starting up your nonprofit. If you're in another country, you might see if there's something equivalent to SCORE in your country.
