Who is Parent Company Proppant Specialists?

How do I find the specifics on this company. I know their given address of 2003 Nine Rd, Brady, Texas. They have Marty Bentson, and Ronald wade Jordan, with the same address, and the phone number(325)-597-1560. They refuse to give any more information. They are an LLC that incorporated out of Delaware.

They are a sand and gravel mining company. Just so happened to have started out new last year with enough money to start a business in at least 4 cities.

They have to have a backer. These are huge industrial sand mines. Just one would cover 430 acres in one township, and continue in to the next township. They would ship in just one township 22 train car loads per day.

Ron, and Marty have both worked for Oglebay Norton in Voca, Texas. Marty is also associated with Badger Mining. I have their Zabasearch info.

I would like the investors, owners, titles of other people in the company, and their names, their stock symbol, and also where they have been core sampling the sand. They specific type of sand they are looking for is silica, (frac sand).

thank you

The info you want may not be publicly available, the loans could have been to the LLC directly which do not have to be disclosed.
And their may not be a parent company, if there is no other owner listed in Delware as for as the corporation, then this LLC may be in debt to another company but it would not be owned by them.

OFten if they will not tellyou, there is no way to get thisinformation, unless you are in a law suit, and the court orders it

It seems to me that you already know just about everything about this company. You know all the information that is needed in order to search for their stock symbol. If it is not available then maybe they are a private company.

I do not really care where they are drilling their "core samples". That is their business and not mine.
