What type of business License Do I need?

Hi,

I live in Savannah Georgia and my boyfriend wants to start a mobile car wash. You know instead of having his customers come to him, he can go to his customers. I just wanted to know the type of business license that he would need to obtain for this?

He may not need a license. I'd hire a CPA. He'll know for sure. You're gonna need one to set up your books anyway. They're not expensive.

If you call the city and ask a bureaucrat whether you need a license, he's gonna say YES whether you do or not. Bureaucrats are NOT the place to get your business advice.
