I joined up with a company around in 2002. We signed papers to have the companies joint. Since then the companies have went down hill. My partner at that time moved. By the way this is a internet buissiness. Anyway he moved and lost contact. He contacted me maybe 2 times within this year. The last time he said he would sell off 2 servers a a domain name I want back to me for a certain amount. After I said I didn't have that much on me but all I wanted was the domain name and I would have be happy to pay a small fee for it back.
Anyway to get to the point of it all. I was wondering what steps I can take to get the domain name back. As well get my name off this company. I don't want to be apart of it anymore accept for the domain name.
