Well depending where you are starting from, you have a number of choices.
If you are in Asia or the Middle East, you should be able to walk since Europe is connected by by land to both continents.
If you are in the UK, you are already in Europe but to get to mainland Europe you need to take a ferry, train (via Chunnel) or plane.
If you are anywhere else, you can use plane, train or ocean liner.
Of course you will first need to obtain a Visa allowing you to work in the country of your choice. This is done by visting that country's consulate.
