I do apologize that know one has yet responded to your question. What kind of trucking is it that you are going to have? To where and what will you be hauling?

If you are over the road, there are brokage companies that you can use to find you loads, But if you are fidning your own work, you will need someone that sells your business, you have to provide either much better service or better price or both.

Also, depending on the kind of trucking that you are going to do, I can show you how to advertise your services for free on the Internet.
