Practical Legal contracts for "Moving Helpers"

I am looking into starting a "Moving Helper" business on the web. Which I am told is different from a "Moving Company". In that we only provide labor. No truck, supplies or driving. What I cannot find is any type of contract or agreement that is appropriate for the situation. Can any one help me?
