how can an interior designing company get orders of software companies

I own a company under which we take turnkey jobs for various companies
right from designing to execution, we are based in Pune India where various IT companies are arriving with lot of work. How can I get to know which new company is planning to come and make its setup in Pune so that I can approach them with my profile?
