Constructive dismissal? (UK)

Does anybody have any particular knowledge of what constitutes “Constructive dismissal?”.

I’ve worked for my current employer sine Easter 2004 & been “promoted twice”, there have been no new contracts issued & I have not been given any pay rise, in addition nobody has filled the roles I’ve been promoted out of, I’m just now doing all the roles by myself, I even have two phones to answer now… lucky me!!.

I have tried to discuss this with my boss on many occasions & simply been fobbed off with vague “we’ll look at it soon” platitudes, and this was in June. I manage 16 staff & have just found out that one of my staff was awarded a payrise for extra responsibilities some months ago – without my knowledge or consent!!....

I’ve always had good reviews & see no reason why I have not been paid for all the extra work I have taken on…. Is it because I’m female?...

Luckily I just got offered another job which I intend to accept & start next year.

What I need to know is does the above constitute constructive dismissal?... I’m on three months notice but only intend to give one & mention that I feel I shouldn’t have to live up to my end of the bargain as they clearly have not honoured theirs…..

Can any kind soul advise me here?.....
