CPA want to change company address

I have a consulting firm and I want to change its address and also i want to open a new branch. How do I need to do that.

I moved to a new place and is it must to change my company address in order to save taxes.

Fr_Chuck Christianity Expert Join Date: Nov 2005 Location: Atlanta GA Posts: 25,172	If it is a corporation, you will send in a change of address to the state, if you are moving out of state, you would normally move the incorporation to the new state. If if it just a personally owned business, you move the address on the business license or if you move to a new city you get your new business license there.
