i live in northern newjersey and have 2 current bids

1 is 22,00 sq ft 3 separate offices empty trash vacuuming mopping lobby 2 common bathrooms very little dusting and one request not to touch phones, computers,or other elec equip it will be 5 times per week i also have to supply liners and cleaning supplies
also one vacant office 4819sq ft

the other one is 9948 sq ft and currently has 6 tenants and one vacant area 1883 sq ft

this has one dentist hearing dr and speech therapists each has own waiting room reception area 8 small bathrooms and kitchen area this aslo is 98%carpet and one small tile area i have cleaned over 20 years and have not bid on this size in many years

i have to include a bid for vacant area also
