error while installing opera and other softwares

i have got this error when i try to install opera9.27 or nero start smart 7 ultra or java i.e jdk1.5

the error coming when i try install this softwares are :

Command line parameters:
/L language ID
/S Hide initialisation dialog. for silent mode use:/s
/v/qn.
/v parameters to MsiExec.exe
/UA<url to InstMsiA.exe>
/UW<url to InstMsiW.exe>
/UM<url to msi package>

can any one tell how to remove the error so that i can install all the three softwares. reply

This looks like a compatibility issue, are you installing the correct software for your machine OS version?
