can some1 give me a link to this video

hey i saw this video before where it tells u to breaths and stuff. then it sais close your eyes.then you close and it shows a timer that sais this has been on your screen for x amount of time and it shows like a girl posing or something...im trying to fool my buddy if some1 could tell me what it is called or a link to it i would greatly apreciate it thank guys...
