What kind of project?

You can make a costume if it's big enough.
I cover one w/duck tape for a litter box.
Card table (if big enough).
Storage (duh)
Kid's drum.
Flatten it out for a baseball base.

Again...what kind of project?

Might make a great place to hide photos and sex toys under the bed.

Stack up 4-6 shoebox sized ones and stomp them flat. This has less repercussions than stomping on your spouse.

They're great to pack household things in if you're moving.

The best use for cardboard boxes is to put them on the floor if it's wet and/or slippery.
