Oil Painting by J. Boileau, for Louise Boileau?

I have an older painting, that is signed by J. Boileau, it measures about 38" X 38" and seems very old. On the back is the name Louise Boileau. This is an oil painting and I found it in Winnipeg, MB. I would like to find out all I can about this painting. Thanks

Unless one can see the painting first hand it is impossible to date, authenticate it, or appraise it.
