How about ketchup and mustard? You know, the kind at diners that are in a plain bottle with no label and have the squirt top? One of you could wear all red and the other all yellow. For the squirt tops you can use a funnel, tape/glue an empty paper towel tube over the skinny end, and paint the whole thing red for ketchup and yellow for mustard. Attach an elastic band and wear it on your head Just a thought.

My friend and I went as siamese twins one year

It was really cheap and super fun to do!

We just went to a thrift store, got 2 pairs of big pants, and 2 big shirts, and sewed them together.

It was a really fun night!!

The sky is the limit on things that "go together".

Cup & Saucer
Bacon & Eggs
Bread & Butter
Toothbrush & Toothpaste
Nail & Hammer
Lock & Key

I can go on

Keep in mind that if you are wanting to buy your costume, places like Walmart and Kmart have a limited selection. If you have a costume store in your area, i'd pay them a visit. If you want to make your costume, its much more fun and usually costs less if you keep it simple.
