They are indeed legitimate, they are accredited by the Central States Consortium of Colleges and Schools, which is not recognized by the DOE, however it is nevertheless a valid accreditation body. True it is not the greatest school, but it is not a diploma mill either, you have to take actual courses by actual teachers, and graduation is not guaranteed.
They are on a list of NON-ACCREDITED colleges published by the state of Maine, it's just the first listing i saw on google from a source i would consider reliable.

So they are not accredited... the body who has certified them is itself not recognised by the Department of Education.
