How is it that my mother can come home from work in tears because her team manager has absolutely ripped shreds off her over the most trivial of things?? She has been documenting each time this has happened. Her boss yells at her and humiliates her in front of her co-workers. there appears to be no real support and she feels left out on her own.. It is an establishment where they are employed to care for intellectually handicapped people and also animals.. my mother is very well trained in both of these, she is looking out for the animals because her manager refuses to buy enough feed for all the animals and basically my mother has been asking her manager to supply more feed but my mother gets totally shot down and humiliated... is it just me or is this completely ludicris that my mother is just trying to do the best job possible and she gets humiliated for her efforts
