How do i get retirement from a previous employer

stacy, did you put money into a 401k for the previous employer? If so, did you meet the guidelines set forth in the company policy in order to be eligible to keep any of their contributions? your contributions can be rolled over into another 401K or cashed out. don't forget, if you cash out, the IRS will want a nice piece. let me know if this helps.
