glutathione dosage as a starter

hi,

just want to ask if it is safe to take a glutathione?and if u r a starter is there a specific dosage that u should follow?

I heard that taking amino acid complex and C ascorbate and selenium is better and the combination produces the glutathione. I am not sure exactly how it works because I have just started studying amino acids.
