The recommended allowance in a low potassium diet is 2-3 grams of potassium per day. But, unfortunately there is virtually no vegetables that do not contain potassium. However; here are some veggies that are super low in potassium, and ones to avoid.

EGGIES ALLOWED VEGGIES TO AVOID
Beans (snap, green, waxed) Artichoke
Bean sprouts Broccoli
Cabbage (not pak choi) Dried Beans and Dried Peas

Cucumber Sweet Potatoes
Garden Peas Tomatoes – 2 thin slices is allowed
