How to slow my metabolism to gain weight?
Hello, I am 16 and weigh 133 lbs. I have a fast metabolism and want to know how to kill my metabolism so I can start gaining as I want to be considered "morbidly obese". It is a fetish so there is no argueing it.

I don't mind doing something that is considered unhealthy like starving myself so my body goes into starvation mode and packs on fat.

There is no changing my mind so help please :D

    Why post this twice?

Anyway, I doubt anyone here will be willing to help you kill yourself simply because you seem to think you have a "fetish"... you need to see a therapist.

I don't 'think' I have a fetish. Its well-known. I'm in a relationship with a pretty good sized girl atm.

Whether you have this fetish or not is not the point... the point is that it's unhealthy and nobody here is going to help you try to kill yourself by becoming morbidly obese.

Agreed. You are only 16 and should not be trying to make yourself unhealthy. You are lucky to have a fast metabolism.

You're only 16 now... you don't know what you want yet... you really don't. You may think you do but we've all been there and 16 year olds don't always make the best decisions. Right now you seem to think you want to be morbidly obese but once you can't walk and do normal things because you're too fat to move, you'll look at it completely differently.

Have you talked to your parents about this? I doubt it.

    Have fun killing yourself.

Aww... you gave me a red because you didn't like my answer. Too bad.

I still say you need to see a therapist. Think I'm wrong about you not knowing what you really want? I knew a 17 year old girl who knew she wanted to be a man... yep... she was going to become a man. Less than a year later, she's still not a man and has completely forgotten about wanting to be one.

@odinn7: I would give you a balancer, but I have to spread rep. Besides, you're right. I also like the example you used.

@bigBoyD: I know you can go somewhere else to get the information you want. And we could very easily tell you what to do. But we are a caring community and most of us here want the best for those that come here to ask questions. Right now, you might think that gaining a lot of weight is what you want and is what is best for you.

When I was your age, there were a lot of things that I thought were best for me. Luckily I had, and still have, a great relationship with my father and was always able to talk to him. He cared, and still does care, about me and knew what was best for me even if I didn't.

Having someone who is older and wiser that you can talk to is a very good thing. Whether they are a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, parent of a friend, or an older friend, it is important that you talk to them. See what they have to say. Talk to your parents.

You have to think a little bit more about what being morbidly obese would do to you. Would you like getting winded from picking up the remote control from the floor? Or not even being able to pick it up for fear of falling over and having difficulty getting up? Do you like the idea of dying in your home in case there is a fire because you cannot escape? Do you like the idea of needing a heart transplant or other emergency surgeries?

As I mentioned, be thankful that you have your health. And if you still think you want this, even after considering all of the severe side effects, please talk to someone who has been around longer and has a bit more wisdom. Talk to a health professional and see what they have to say.

And by all means, please see a therapist.
