Dizzyness When Traveling!

So this only happens when I go out like in the car somewhere, I get dizzy.
At home I feel nothing it's only when I'm in the car traveling, somewhere like 30miles away from home. Anyone have any suggestions for me?

If you are on any medications, check the side effects for it or them.

I take one I had to cut back on because I would get dizzy if I got up out of a vehicle too quickly after longer drives.

If not medicine ( I have no medical training), maybe something with the ears or vertigo??
Only other thought, any chance of exhaust leaking into vehicle?

It could be medications or an imbalance like vertigo or motion sickness or
you could possibly be allergic to toxins such as gas fumes
Ginger is suppose to be good for motion sickness but should not be taken with some blood or heart medicines.
