READ the ingredients.

Like some Sobe's and Fuze are okay but most say Fruclose or surclose which most often is aspartame.

Many of the green teas---the same thing
Like Snapple and Lipton contain either too much sugar or surclose.

It is best to brew your own.
i know! i was just saying??? maybe i should stick to a juicer machine and make my own?

Diet Soda, Regular Soda... all bad. Consuming chemicals, manufactured sugars, and all that sodium just wasn't intended for our bodies.

Natural fruit juices are of course going to be better. Read your labels though - specifically the Ingredients. If it says Sugar, High-Fructose Corn Syrup, Sucralose, or , don't drink it. Fruit has naturally occurring sugars (fructose usually) and shouldn't require the additional sweetening.

However, ultimately, your best choice is to drink water. And eat the fruit instead of drinking it... low GI values will do wonders for you!

Another thought - Sweetleaf Stevia makes flavored, liquid Stevia. It's miniscule on the GI, and adds a great deal of flavor. (I buy the chocolate one, and add it to milk. I love Chocolate Milk, but don't want the bad sugars)
