hi,
i wanted to know that if aperson get i cut with knife and it bleeds what is the best thing to put on ..is antisecptic lotion good for it or not..if the cut is deep what is the best way to stop the blood ...thnx alot

Apply pressure with a clean towel, followed by a good rinsing with water and a good antiseptic...then back to pressure.

If it's deep, then stopping the blood may not be the only concern: It may need stitches...and for that a Doctor would be the best one to determine if it needs stiches.

Good advice

As soon as you can, place a sterile dressing over the wound and bandage it. If the bleeding continues place another absorbent dressing on top of the original, and apply another bandage
