Stomach pains

What is causing the pain in my stomach? I haven't pooped in about a week and for the past 2 days I've had a fever over 102. My temperature is down now but my stomach still hurts.

If you have an obstruction it can be very dangerous. I recommend you go to the E.R. pronto.
