Put your baby to your breast as often as you can. The suckling will stimulate breasts to make more milk. Get plenty of sleep.

If you can't get your baby to breastfed more often to stimulate the milk maybe you could try a breast pump and put the milk in the fridg.

Brewers Yeast
Rich in protein, iron and B vitamins, brewers yeast has been reported to boost the milk supply and energy level of breastfeeding mothers. It is generally recommended that mothers start out with one tablespoon of the powder per day.

Fenugreek
A very popular herb for milk production, usually taken in capsule form, or as a tea. Capsules will provide a more consistent dosage than a tea. Mothers who take fenugreek will often notice an increase in milk production within 24 to 72 hours after starting to take it.
