Dear Sir/Madem I am a health care theatre worker who sometimes have to work under my cousin who is a scrub nurse in the operating theatres should an error occure I am coserned that I may be asked to give evidance or be accussed of lying to protect my cousin do have the legal right to ask not to be part of the operating team with my cousin? I have aked management for guidance but are allways evisive I think because we are always short staffed and may result in the cancellation of an operation how do I stand many thanks Mr Wood. |
