Career Options

I graduated with a BS in Zoology then decided I wanted to become a nurse. I acquired my RN and have since spent the last decade in the ED. Currently, I'm one of the youngest ANMs in my field with the likely hood of stepping into a NM position in the foreseeable future. I've often considered building upon my knowledge and experience with an NP or PA but keep getting conflicting information about which carries a greater education burden vs growth and salary. Please advise.
