can anyone read this?

a friend of mine recently got an MRI, and got the results on paper but cant get into see the doctor untill next wednesday. so i was wondering if anyone could read this for her and give her at least the jist of things? obviously nothing is SERIOUSLY wrong or they would have her admitted or something. but she is worried.

There is a small to moderately large mixed signal intensity joint effusion consistent with associated hemarthrosis secondary to known recent trauma. There is no apparent osteochondral lesion, medial femoral condylar or tibial plateau bone contusion or fracture. There is diffuse anterior lateral femoral condyle subcortical trabecular bone marrow edema related to the recent trauma. Although there is a suggestion of edema and possible injury of the ACL on the T2 sequence due to intermediate increased signal intensity, the ACL appears to be intact on all other sequences with certainly no complete grade 3 injury or complete tear. The deeper fibers of the medial retinaculum representing the patellofemoral ligament is detached from the medial articular segment of the patella and there appears to be a probable underlying partial cartilage tear at this level as well as subtle minimcal medial pateller edema. There is diffuse marrow edema of the anterior lateral condyle associated with this. This is highly suggestive of a lateral patellar subluxation injury sustained at the time of the reported recent fall. The PCL, lateral and medial menisci, lateral and medical external collateral ligaments, as well as the quadriceps femoris tendon complex, patellar tendon, and the lateral retinaculum all are intact.

thank you in advance
