Nintendo DS Internet Issues

Now this may seem childish, but I wish to hook up a nintendo ds up to my internet connection using wifi. I have used computerhope forums, the link is here Netgear WNR834B and Nintendo DS Blues
if anyone could assist me, I would be forever grateful...

Make sure your router is set to B and G, as the DS uses the B connection.

I have already set it to b/g mixed mode but is still does not work. How do I set my DS to the 'g' setting?

The DS uses B mode, so change your router to that and try again.
You CANNOT change the DS's setting at all.

Another tip of advice is if you have a wireless conector for your internet such as an apple wi-fi connector... go to connection and tap on AOSS Search Point. if it shows a access point then press on it. if it is highlighted red then if wont work. reffer to the link above if you have any trouble.
