my laptop has limited connectivity

my computer has limited or no connectivity. idk how to make it work... i've done EVERYTHING! please please please someone walk me through this

chuckhole Network Expert Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: Houston, TX Posts: 850	Limited or no connectivity to what? A hub, switch, router, PC or what? If it is your router, reset your cable/dsl modem, wait a minute and then reset your router (unlug from power and plug it back in).
