Internet connection

I just got my computer fixed and I connected to the modem and it says I am connected but the internet doesn't work at all. When I look at wireless network connection status in the general tab on the acitivity there is a number under sent but there is always zero under the received. My ip address is 192.168.15.4 and subnet mask 255.255.255.0
Default gateway is 192.168.15.1.
I need as fast as I can

Power off your modem and your router. Power up the modem, wait a minute, power up the wireless router and wait another minute. Check you wireless connection on you computer and then try the Internet connection.
