I've never used Comcast, so I can't answer from personal knowledge. However, I googled this that appears to be the answer to your question:

How To Export Your Address Book From Comcast Webmail

Outlook can read a number of address formats. I suggest you output from Comcast using either a "comma-separated Windows" (CSV) format or a "Tab-separated Windows" format. Outlook can read those.
