2pcs so they can watch me do things on their pc from my pc

How can i connect to my friends computer and do what needs to be done from my computer...I know it can be done because someone has done it to mine....i couldnt figure out how to do it so he connected to mine and did it....i could see him opening pages and dling things and he wasnt here he was on his own pc....
