Agree with all those on your list, but would have to include The Who,Deep Purple,King Crimson, and Kansas.By the way,Ted Nugent was the loudest person I've ever heard play live. The loudest band I saw live, oddily, was a Dutch band, called Accept,at Nebworth,UK,in the mid-80's.I was close to the stage, and my ears just got ruined.King Crimson come a very close second,as far as "noise" is concerned.

I think Smashing Pumpkins do it for me.

I am a muse fan also, but greatly dissapointed with their new album!

Nine Inch Nails, Deftones, A perfect Cricle, ACDC, Eels. (eels are very good)

All good stuff

Comments on this post
Woomanfoo agrees: New Muse is rank. NIN, Deftones, APC, all good. Although...How can you list APC but not Tool? Tool blows them ALL away!!!!!

Cool to see Pink Floyd common...but I'll add:

Pink Floyd is not Pink Floyd without Roger Waters.
