I find little meaning in words within music, save a few songs. I find either instrumentals, or where the voice is not an overlay, but rather an instrument in itself to be the most favorable. When the voice and music mesh as they were written for each other and the combination make you feel emotion (I find the sad ones to be the most powerful), then you have a good song.
Rusted Root: Beautiful People
Peter, Paul, and Mary: Many of their Songs
The Turtles: You Showed Me; Elanore
Starwars Music
That's what really gets me...
Not to mention a good round of Beethoven and Mozart.
Yes. I am pretty good with the Baritone (Euphonium) and Trumpet. But I've been known to play the Tuba/Sousaphone and French Horn. I dabble a little in the piano too.
I'm not a music expert, however I like many older classical musics. I know I have some CD's of both Mozart and Beethoven, and I love them both. As far as names of songs go, I cannot say.
