Midi Program

Im looking for a freeware Midi program that will play the songs back onto my keyboard.

What OS you running? I've got WinME and it comes with Windows Media Player that will play and record MIDI input/output. Also, I need to find out how much the MIDI cords are. I got a Casio CTK 491 with MIDI In/Out on back of keyboard and got a Creative Labs CT4740 sound card with Joystick/MIDI port on back.
