channal U music/web/ north,east, south, west

does anyone know a web were u can lisen to R&B, hip-hop and watever. Secondly have u heard the video on channal u that goes somthing lyk this at the begging (north,east,south,west) and every one is wearing those t-shirts that say wat side there on (e.g north side) and so on.

I use this to listen to different genres. it has some good music stations on it. And if you have yahoo messenger it has a radio at the bottom. You can't pick the specific song you want to hear its just like the radio but without the commercials.
