No Freakin Clue

I have been trying to locate the title and artist of a song from the 90's, to no avail. The song is a compilation of "good advice" cliches (e.g. seize the day, smell the roses, etc.) with no chorus or riff. It is a lot like sitting at the feet of grandpa who is giving good advice before you set off into the world. I thought it ended with something like "I am the sunspot", but that could be a trick of my memory. Any ideas?
