    Need singer/ actual title to this 1950s vaguely CW song. Sounds like Slim Whitman, singer breaks into sort of a yodel in chours:

    More than a couple people have done that tune... it may be David Houston that did the one you heard.

    Hole in one, thank you. Using "David Houston", I found his record label web site, found an LP (!) with the song on it, and even played a sample snippet.
