Windows 7 - no sound!

I recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate on my computer. Everything was workig fine, until my computer crashed. I installed again windows and made backup with Acronis. Soon after that, my computer got full of viruses, and I used backup (I made whole system backup), that changed my computer back to normal. But after using backup, I realized I can't use my speakers!
I know it's not problem in hardware (because it was working fine before - on same computer, on same OS and even on same files because in time of making backup sound was working). I tried plugging in my headphones and sound wasn't working. I tried plugging in another speakers that I use on my other computer (and on that computer it works), and still no sound. I plugged in back my speakers, and clicked red X under sound icon in taskbar.
After that, troubleshooter opened searching for problems, and it found one problem:
Hardware changes might not have been detected.
After that, there are few options:
Close the troubleshooter
Explore additional options
View detailed information

After clicking "Explore additional options" it opened new window with path:
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\Additional Information
There's nothing I can do there.

So, it's not problem in hardware. It's not problem in drivers (3 speakers were plugged in, and they worked before. Now they don't). It's not problem in speakers (they're working fine on another computer).

The only solution now is reinstalling windows - which I don't want to do (I reinstalled it many times and I'm sick of it - every time my windows sc**w up I'm reinstalling windows, and that's freaking me out).

Help!!!!
