As a new recruit to copying movies from my dvd camera to Pc I purchased DVD Santa.
It worked fine for a few days, and then I upgraded M. Windows Media from 9.0 to 10.
DVD santa does not work! I see from their website that Windows media 9.0 is needed....
I have had no reply to my emails to DVD Santa - Help / Is ther an upgrade etc .
Anyone else had similar problems? Should I ditch DVD Santa as learning curve expense?
