I have down loaded some videos of my JVC GZ-MG130AS camcorder. I have saved them on my pc, but when I come to open the mpeg file it comes up with the following message
Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file. For additional assistance, click Web Help. But when I click web help nothing happens.
